Limoncello Fizz
2oz Rossi D’Asiago Limoncello
0.5oz Dry Vermouth
0.5oz Lemon Juice
Top with Tonic Water
4-5 mint leaves
0.5oz Dry Vermouth
0.5oz Lemon Juice
Top with Tonic Water
4-5 mint leaves
Directions: Add Rossi D’Asiago Limoncello, dry vermouth, lemon juice and mint leaves into a shaker tin. Add ice and shake all ingredients and pour into a prepared tall collins glass. Add more ice and top with Tonic water.
Garnish with mint sprig if desired.
Rose spritzer - Rose vino and soda water - top with thyme
Bubbly (Champagne, Cava or Prosecco) top with fresh or frozen raspberries
Elderflower Fig Sour - Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, lemon juice & fig syrup
